'Voetstoots' means the property is sold 'as is'. This protects the Seller from liability for defects they are not aware of (latent defects) or defects that are obvious to the buyer (patent defects). However, it does not protect the Seller from intentionally concealing a known latent defect. You are legally required to disclose all known defects to us and the Buyer.
