Kurt spent nearly a decade in Cape Town specializing in waterproofing, where he became a go-to expert for solving intricate property issues. Now, as our Projects Coordinator, he combines that technical "know-how" with a deep-seated belief in building strong tenant and landlord relationships. Kurt is a firm believer that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, and he is dedicated to ensuring our properties—and the people who live in them—are well taken care of.
